FAQ

I have questions about how to administer, dosage, etc.

We are unable to provide any guidance regarding dosing, administration procedures, specific conditions peptides may address, or their suitability as a substitute for any current medications.

For further research, online resources may offer valuable insights to help answer your specific questions.

How do I properly store peptides?

 Best practices for storing include:

• Store in a cold, dry, dark place
• Avoid repeated freezing and thawing of peptide
• Avoid overexposure to the air
• Avoid light exposure
• Avoid storing peptides in solution long-term

Once peptides have been received, they should be kept cold and away from light.

If the peptides will be used immediately (or within the next couple months) short-term refrigeration under 39F is generally acceptable.

For longer term storage (several months+) it is best to store peptides in a freezer at -112F.

It is important to avoid repeated freezing once thawed for use. This can increase the peptide’s susceptibility to degradation.

How often do you ship?

We ship several days per week.

We don't you accept credit/debit cards for payments any longer?

We understand that removing this payment option may cause inconvenience. Unfortunately, we experienced an increased number of fraudulent transactions, which is challenging for a small, independent business to absorb.

Additionally, due to the nature of our products, which fall under narrowly defined supplement categories and tier risks, many credit card processors impose strict limitations. These restrictions significantly reduce our payment processing options without requiring us to raise prices substantially.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support. Thank you.

What are research peptides?

Research peptides are short chains of amino acids used by researchers in laboratory settings to study their effects on biological processes. They are not intended for human or veterinary use and are strictly for research purposes only.

Are your peptides pharmaceutical-grade?

Our peptides are synthesized to meet the highest standards for research use in addition to undergoing strict and thorough 3rd party testing for purity. However, they are not intended for clinical or therapeutic applications and should only be used in controlled laboratory and educational environments.

Can I combine peptides during research?

Combining peptides for research purposes may require additional consideration of their compatibility and stability. We recommend conducting thorough research or consulting available scientific literature on the specific peptides in question.

Are there safety precautions when handling peptides?

Yes. Researchers should handle peptides using appropriate hygienic application and use of personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves, to prevent contamination and degradation. Always follow laboratory safety protocols when working with research materials.

Can peptides expire?

Yes, peptides can degrade over time, once reconstituted and if not stored correctly. Always store peptides according to the recommended conditions to maintain their stability and efficacy for research.

Do the peptides need to be reconstituted?

Yes. Peptides are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form. Researchers should first attempt to dissolve the peptide using bacteriostatic water or a sterile dilute acetic acid solution (0.1%).
